It was a glorious weekend to be a Sooner in Texas.
Nothin' better than prancing around (or walking, if you prefer), post-game whilst decked out in your OU gear, surrounded by a bunch of mopey Dallas Longhorns who tend to avoid eye contact.
The smug satisfaction is glorious.
If only we'd beat Texas this bad three years ago when someone (who shall remain nameless) talked a bunch of trash at the office, got herself into a karaoke bet, lost, and ended up in backwoods nowhere Florida on a client marketing strategy retreat, stuck in a cabin with a lot of tipsy co-workers, forced to sing whilst wearing a boa and waving a star-shaped blinking wand.
But, I digress.
Back to the victory. I'm convinced it had something to do with this new fan:
She spit up all over her outfit about a third of the way through the game, but Daddy wouldn't let her change, 'cause he was convinced the clothing was part of the happy, winning mojo.
I tend to agree.
But before the game, we made a visit to the pumpkin patch. Had to make sure to fling our team spirit as far and wide as possible. And what better way than to trot out an adorable infant in team colors?
She kinda dug the pumpkins.
And we kinda dug her diggin' the pumpkins.
