Wish Fulfillment

Today, I got to do something I've wanted to do since the day the sonogram technician pointed the curser to the right place on the screen and flashed the word, "female."

Take pictures with four generations of women.

It took some plotting, scheming, planning, and flying (with a very busy but good Chica), but we made it happen, and I can't wait to see the images in a couple of weeks.

An added bonus: picture fun with three lovely little babes, not just Chica! All three of my grandmother's tiny, beautiful great-granddaughters, sitting on a couch next to her, all magically looking in the right direction.

It's not every day you capture that type of generational beauty. So I'd say it was a very, very good day.
