I've tried using soft cart covers, not using soft cart covers, using large carts, using small carts, giving her toys to hold, giving her purchases to hold, and she just seemed to not dig my tricks. Any of 'em.
I think it had something to do with feeling a little uncertain, like she was being tossed about in there.
But she's slowly but surely solving that problem by figuring out ways to finagle her little body so she feels more stable.
It usually involves sitting sideways, which is super cute (if also somewhat scary for Mama, who wants to make sure she stays secure in there!).
This doesn't look so stable does it??
Oh well...that's what the cart belts are for, right?
And you gotta give a girl props for trying--whatever it takes!
