Random Monday Ramblings

Warning: the following list is totally and completely RANDOM. Proceed with caution.

1. This is my daughter being silly:

2. I love margherita pizza. We ate it tonight. As we do pretty much once a week, these days. And no I did not make it (though I used to make a margherita pizza of my own all the time. Before I birthed a child.

3. The store-bought pizza was California Pizza Kitchen brand--which I cannot say without it coming out California Pizza Chicken (I even had to concentrate really hard to type it correctly the first time. And I think I pulled something.).

4. The next pic was supposed to be one of my daughter looking adorable. But I accidentally deleted it, and now I'm too lazy to re-upload, so you'll just have to close your eyes and imagine her looking, well, like she does 99.9 percent of the time. Thank you.

5.  I've had two migraines in the past three days and I do not want a third. To whom do I need to submit this request? God? My brain? My brain synapses that apparently constrict, thereby producing my migraines? Please let me know. I'll even put it in writing.

6. Chica and I watched the final episode of Sex and the City today (and by watched, I mean Chica played and showed zero interest [thank goodness] while Mama built legos with her in the playroom while it was on in the background. Mama cried four times. Chica, none.

7. Maybe the mis-firing (mis-constricting?) synapses are making me overly sensitive. Please contact my husband for confirmation of this theory.

8. This is Chica with four pacis ('cause we own five, but the fifth was stuck behind the crib, or I'm pretty sure she would've carted around all five):

9. The forecast shows mid-90's for our temperatures from Wednesday through the weekend. If this holds true, I will get down on my hands and knees and weep.

10. If you let your toddler babble to the Siri in your iPhone (versus any other Siri you might know), Siri will show you where Beijing, Chica is located. I suspect more toddler/Siri chats are in my future. You know, for kicks and giggles.

Happy Monday, peeps.
