Adventures in House Selling

So remember that teeny tiny mention about a new house we're building? Well, it turns out, you generally have to sell the house you're in--unless you just wanna accumulate properties, which we don't--before you move into the new one ;)

So on that front, this week is going to be a big (read: busy) week.

I'm so not looking forward to having a house on the market with a toddler around to create havoc, but I'm embracing a just-go-with it attitude that I'm hoping will help.

In the meantime, be patient with me for a bit if my posts are short and/or lame. And in return, I'll share the little nuggets I'm learning throughout the process, like this gem from this evening:

If you want to power wash your exterior windows, don't wait until your kiddo is down for the night, 'cause it sure ain't quiet.
