Take Me Out To The Ball Game!

Yesterday, We took Chica to her very first baseball game. See--lookie here (at this badly lit pic, but hey, you get the idea):

Believe it or not, after nearly a decade here in Dallas, the hubby and I had never been to a Rangers game either, so it was a fun first for our trio, and I must say, we were rather spoiled by our inaugural trip.

We were fortunate enough to be able to enjoy the game from a suite. So we had food, private restrooms, and lots of room to roam--and you really couldn't ask for more when trying to take in several innings with a toddler!

Chica did so well--snacking, socializing, and staying nice and calm despite the sudden bursts of noise. And we even made a trip by guest services on the way out to pick up our certificate to commemorate her very first visit out there.

Fun way to vacate the house while se showings were happening :)
