Inaugural Gingerbread House

So I had this brilliant (in theory) idea to do 12 Days of Christmas projects with the girls, but I kinda sorta missed the first day.

And then the second.

And the third.

Whoopsies.

But I'm not giving up, even though we're late to the par-tay.

So, now, I give you the first day of our...

9 Days of Christmas Projects!

Beginning with the classic gingerbread house :)

I'm short on commentary tonight 'cause it's late and I still have a few things to do, but the pictures will do ya, and no explanation is really needed (other than the one where she left me for a minute to play with the stuffed reindeer when I had to structurally reinforce our casa. Hehe, that's a funny sentence).
