Seriously...emphasis on the "packed." We fit a ton o' fun in!
First up: a stop at the indoor play place where I love to take the girls:
As usual, the girlies got out a lot of energy, but this visit was extra fun because Chicklet took her inaugural solo trip down the slide. At first, she was kind of wondering what the heck we were doing to her. But after another round or two, she was hooked--and totally cute and hilarious with her electric hair as she came to the end:
(I have some adorably cute video of the whole slide process, but I'm having trouble uploading it, so I'll have to try again another day.)
After the indoor, energy-expending fun, we headed outdoors for a yummy, patio, pizza lunch (and Chicklet was like the quietest she ever is whilst eating, thanks to the entertaining and distracting properties of some pizza crust):
Next up, after nap time, was a fantastic dinner at one of our favorite, random places--our nearby bowling alley, along with a round of bowling that was an extra treat for Chica, since she doesn't get to actually bowl that often when we go, ha. Sadly, I'm an idiot, and didn't take a single picture of her having a blast. Oh well...
At least I got pics of the final, fun event of this beautiful Saturday: our family Easter Egg Hunt!

Of course, checking out the loot was the best part:

Love my girlies. Love that they had a beautiful Saturday with their grandparents.
