Potato Head Pumpkins

Well, peeps, this little cutie-pie, crazy-kid kept me up for three hours in the middle of last night:

And when she wasn't the cause of my tossing and turning, my unborn son, raging heartburn, aching joints and congestion took turns helping with the insomnia.

So to say I was dragging today would be a bit of an understatement, ha.

But...we ladies (and baking gent) rallied today for some play, errands, quality giggles and...pumpkin decorating. Woohoo!

After nap/not-so-quiet time, I busted out the Potato Head Princess and Witch kits that are guaranteed to bring smiles :)

They're the perfect, low-maintenance pumpkin decor for wee ones, and easy to assemble with just a screw driver to assist with holes that the girlies can then stick the parts into.

Of course, it's just too easy to steal limbs and run away with them. Poor Princess Pumpkin only got the keep one arm since Chicklet claimed the other.

But once we had the majority of the limbs in place, we hauled our fun pumpkins outside and set them on the bales of hay we bought yesterday.

The sun wasn't exactly in the best position for snapping pics, but I'm pretty sure we'll have oodles of chances for more pictures in the coming month.

Yay for pumpkin friends!
