Gym & Princess Parties!

So about three or four weeks ago (where has the time gone???), Chica went to a birthday party (for her little neighbor friend) that involved her first ever trip to a gymnastics center (woohoo!). I meant to post a few pics, but apparently got lazy or distracted (or both--ha), and it never happened.

But...s'all good, because yesterday, she went to another birthday party (for one of her little dance class friends, this time), so I can just post both.

Two for the price o' one.

So the gym was a blast. Chica was in HEAVEN, running around like mad. And the place is just down the street from our house and hosts an open gym play time each week for kids under five, so I'll definitely be taking the trio sometime soon. Chicklet will just die of happiness.

And now, yesterday's party was princess themed (which, obviously, was right up Chica's alley). I am continuously grateful for this lovely group of women I'm getting to know through dance class. Such kind, happy personalities--of both the mothers and the daughters. It's such a joy.

Here's the birthday girl's sweet, sweet Nanny (who is the one to take said bday girl to class each week, and is so uber-committed to her job that she made this Elsa costume for the party).
