It's been awhile since we've made a trip to the zoo--in our town or any other, for that matter, so we were due. And naturally, we picked the kind of chilly day that froze off our bitty bits, but gave us free reign over the place without lines or crowds.
Oh, and the trees! How insanely lovely the trees were. Stunning, rich, Fall colors that were the perfect distraction from impending frostbite (I kid...but only a little).
