It's been a long (but good) one, so I'm gonna keep the commentary light (but the pictures a'plenty!) and just say that we rescheduled our dance class play date that was canceled last week because of the sick ick, and we decorated for Chicklet's birthday so the other kiddos could enjoy, as well.

In case it's not captain obvious, it was a M'oana theme and the major hit was the blow-up palm trees, ha. They were carted all over the house.
Sadly, because of a huge storm last night that knocked out our power for six hours--and thousands of others in the area--the turnout among our little friends was smallish because of some yucky things like downed trees and fences and electricity still out for a handful of the moms.
But...we still had a happy play date time and Chicklet was in seventh heaven with her trees all day long. And that was the point of it all, so yay!
I couldn't love this beautiful girl and her gorgeous smile more.
I'm soooooooo grateful I birthed her three years ago tomorrow.
