Chicklet’s Dance Costume Day

Okay, peeps.

It’s not often that I feel totally justified and right about a decision, but...

Chicklet is wildly enjoying her dance class these days, which means I get to feel soooooo happy I pushed through a month or two of her less-than-enthusiastic behavior during the Fall/Winter.

Wohoo!!

Yay for not bungling things! 

(If only I could have done a better job not bungling Chica’s dance class experience this year—but more on that another time).

So. 

I think much of Chicklet’s enjoyment these days is due to her buddy connections. She’s formed some attachments now—to one little friend, in particular, who’s now come to play at our house after class two weeks in a row. And it’s just been adorable and lovely.

The girlies are so cute that they even spent much of the class today holding hands whilst dancing. 

I mean...I die.

And in other explosion-of-cuteness news: the girlies got their recital costumes today and it’s always such a fun event.



I’ve kicked myself a gazillion times for not forcing Chicklet to hold still long enough for just one dang photo. Alas...this is all I caught of my pose-averting girl. :)



And look at my hilarious Little Man, keeping himself entertained during the costume process, ha.



Can’t wait until the Fall when I can (hopefully) find a little class or activity for him to enjoy.
