And though we’re obviously in the midst of unprecedented shelter-at-home times, I’m happy to report that it made no difference to my beautiful girl, who declared it the “best birthday ever.” :)
We did the decoration and present hoopla this morning, and it was a blast. We had some concentrated, quality family time pretty much all day long. And though we couldn’t go anywhere off property, we spent two full hours outside with one of her birthday gifts, and she was such a happy, happy girl.
All I ever care about on my kiddos birthdays is making them feel super loved up, and super special. Queen of the day, she reigned quite happily! And, man oh man do I LOVE this girl, and thank God every day that she’s ours. :)
