Whenever life allows, we try our best to make it up to Tulsa for Easter. Beyond our annual, late-July trip up for grandparent fun, it’s the one time we can manage a short but lovely round of Oklahoma time.
It’s always a brief three-day weekend, but we make the most of it, and today was packed with activity for the kiddos. :)
It’s fantastic to enjoy some April weather here (versus July, when it’s obviously sweltering), because it opens up a few more locations and activities to us when the temps are moderate.
Today, we took the chance to drive down to a newly-opened children’s museum, and then to the nearby massive park area that’s just wonderful.
I think we definitely managed to wear my crazies out today, and I’m hoping they’ll sleep SOLID before another fun day mañana.
