One Last Thanksgiving 2023 Hurrah!

Okay, peeps.

It’s a well known fact that, despite his incredibly complicated eating habits, the hubby loves getting to try new food.

So he loves traveling to see family at the holidays because it’s a change-up from routine.

And he loves traveling and food exploring, in general. He’s much more adventurous than I am, in that way.

However.

It’s also a well known fact that he eats pretty well at home, as I’ve learned over years how to cater to his dietary needs. 

So when we came home this weekend and he requested not just his Tennessee Whiskey Bourbon Pecan Pie, but one last entire Thanksgiving meal the way I make it all, I was kind of a sucker.

So we got all fancy and made one more really involved go of it before we stick a fork in this holiday and move on to Christmas.

It was a lotta work, but a really joyful way to close out this November. On a day when the kiddos were really lively and rambunctious, ha.















Let the record show: my hubby is a bit spoiled. :)

Good thing we look after one another in equal measure.

We’ve got another really busy week ahead, but it will be really exciting to turn the calendar to DECEMBER!
