'Cause we have a contract pending on the house (*she says as she falls to her knees in thanks*)!!!
Of course there are a lot of logistics to come--the inspection first and foremost--but I'm sooooooo grateful not to have to deal with the revolving door of showings!
Oh, and are these not the cutest shoes ever?? (Especially with the onesie.)
