24 Weeks

Call me cray-cray, since it was still almost ninety degrees, but today felt like the first day of Fall to me.

Why, you might ask??? (Or maybe you didn't ask, but you're reading and I'm rambling, so just roll with it.)

Maybe it was because we bought a small pumpkin at the grocery store.

Or because I settled on a new, fun, little Halloween mantle decoration.

Or because I got to spend an hour outside with my girlies in the early evening and it was only mildly hot and unpleasant, instead of overwhelmingly so.

Or because it was cloudy and the light is changing by the day, getting darker earlier.

Whatever the reason, and whenever the crisp weather final hits for good (though last weekend was a lovely preview!), I'm so ready.

Especially since last Fall flew by in a blur of early pregnancy/moving chaos.

I'm gonna soak in every itty bitty bit this year.

And speaking of soaking in every itty bitty bit...

Look--Sleeping Beauty crashed the shoot :)

Sleeping Beauty got a bit territorial of her dress when little sis started going for it, hehe.

I love my girlies.
