Well today, her Daddy noticed via the baby monitor that she was awake from her afternoon nap, but, well, sort of in a funny position he didn't really understand.
So he went in her room to physically check on her, and saw this:
But she didn't even notice he was there. She just kept right on with her baby headstand.
So, knowing his photo-obsessed wife (who was napping) would want to see, Daddy snuck out of the room, ran downstairs to grab his phone, came back, and the crazy, cutie-patootie, yoga-practicing kiddo was still in downward dog.
So he got the pic (actually, two--with flash) and then she finally noticed he was there. Ha.
Unbelievably, this is not the first time she's been known to pose so creatively. Just last week, I caught her in the act, too...
Apparently, we breed nutty babies 'round these parts. And we couldn't love 'em more.
