My beautiful, beloved son (son!) made his entrance into this world last night at 9:50 p.m., after a loooong 18 hours of me pacing around our casa with contractions, trying (and failing) not to say four-letter words.
I'm so grateful to report that he's healthy (8 pounds, 20.5 inches long), I'm surviving those fun, early, post-cesarean days, and we'll soon be reunited as a family at home to settle into our new normal.
