Thanksgiving Family Ramp-up Time

We've had such a lovely run over the past three days, soaking up some great, low-key but also productive family time before the true Thanksgiving hoopla begins.

We started with a wonderful lunch on Saturday with family we wouldn't see later this week.

Then Sunday, we had some sweet sibling time amidst lots o' errands.

And then yesterday, we had the greatest of family outings when we went to this open play hour at a gymnasium right down the street.

Chica went to a birthday party there ages ago, and I made note of their Monday toddler time and kept the idea in my back pocket for the perfect day. 

The kiddos had a blast (and so did us big kids, hehe).

 

Everybody took great naps afterward (woohoo!), which made us extra energetic for a trip to the giant Christmas tree near our house.
