Christmas Tree Farm—2017!

So...

Let’s say, on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, you have to get up at 4:20 am to take peeps to the airport.

And, let’s say, you’re starting to feel the post-holiday letdown of everybody abandoning you to go back to their own states.

And, let’s also say, you still have three very energetic children to entertain all day.

Oh, and let’s also also say you happen to be experiencing a gooooorgeous, crisp but sunny day.

Whaddya do?

You go to the Christmas Tree Farm and get your tree!

Not much else needed for explanation. Just an explosion of happy pics. :)

Uncle Tyler and Aunt Amber joined in on the tree farm fun on their way out of town, and the extra muscles were appreciated when it came time for the honors, ha.

A huge highlight of the whole tree farm experience this year was the play area the kiddos wildly enjoyed while the tree was being shaken and tied up.

There were animals...

And see-saws...

And slides and swings...

And just happy, happy kiddos.

:)

Another fun year at the tree farm and a happy (if sort of Dr. Seuss leaning tree at home) for this beloved month of December.

Oh, and while we’re taking about the tree farm...we had some family pics taken there several weeks ago that I’ll post sometime soon. They’re beauuuutiful shots of the kiddos at a place that’s quickly gathering a lot o’ wonderful family memories for us.

And that, m’peeps, finally wraps up all the Thanksgiving holiday posts!

And, boy, am I glad to be current on that, because there’s soooo much going on every day, of late and a looooong (but fun) to-do list,

Woohoo, for the most wonderful time of the year!
