Vacay Kicks

Okay, peeps.

It’s a truth universally acknowledged that it’s fun to freshen up your fashion for a vacay, amiright??

That said…for this jaunt we’ve just launched, I didn’t really have time to tackle a whole bunch of new color-coordinating fun (I mean, I still managed cohesive color palettes for the kiddos with their existing clothes, ha), but…we did manage to buy some new kicks, as their school shoes were pretty beat up by the end!

Even if the sizes don’t give you clues, I’m pretty sure you could figure out which pair belongs to which child, if you know my kiddos. :)







Also, fun and mind-blowing fact: when I bought Chica’s and the salesperson was checking the size, she said, “so you know that a youth size five is equivalent to a women’s size seven, so she can buy adult shoes, now.” And I was like: WHAT????????

Sure enough? My girl is only about a size (two, max, depending on the brand/style) smaller than me, now.



And, look! We totally match on the shoe front and didn’t even plan it, ha.





So, yay, for fresh shoes (that will probably be beat up in about 48 hours, ha).
