My (Masked) Sleeping Beauty

Over the past couple of months, it's become the sweetest treat in the world to take the occasional nap with Chica. Usually on a Sunday, when Daddy is around to keep an eye on the other two (hopefully) sleeping babes.

But, apparently, I'm not the only one who thinks it's the sweetest treat to co-nap, because Chica's now hilariously angling for me to snuggle with her whenever I can.

Grandparent in town? She's suggesting they "keep an eye on sissy and brother." If nobody else is around and it's not the weekend? She still suggests I bring the baby monitors into her bedroom, ha.

I rarely cave--as I don't want her to become dissatisfied with her wonderful (solo) daily quiet time--but once a week, when the stars align, it's heaven.

And the biggest bonus: the sight of her snoozing in a sleep mask, just like Mama. She insists on bringing my spare up to her room when we're co-napping, and I'm pretty sure there's nothing cuter.

Love my girl and love this time together.

This is precious and fleeting time, peeps. And I'll take ALL I can get.
